Shipping Policy

H2: Shipping

 

Print shipping is fulfilled by theprintspace who has print works in the UK and Germany and will ship by Royal Mail Tracked, or the fastest courier service outside of the UK. UK and EU deliveries are customs-free, though there may be import duties according to the policies of your country of residence. Delivery duties are pre-paid by us for the countries which support this, specifically Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Norway. At the time of writing, the U.S.A. does not charge import duty on art though special circumstances may relate to bespoke framing.

 

Original artwork is shipped by specialist art couriers and will take from 4 to 8 weeks from purchase. You must be at home to accept your delivery, and you will be notified by customer service as soon as your work is dispatched with an estimated delivery date and time. Again, any duties are incorporated into the price and pre-paid when it is permitted for us to do according to the policies of your country of residence.

 

Despatch and Delivery Times

 

Printed artwork is dispatched in 1-2 business days and will arrive 1 or 2 days following dispatch, though on occasion may take a little longer depending on your distance and local courier services. You will be notified of dispatch via email.

 

Original artwork is dispatched in 4 to 8 weeks from purchase. Our customer service team will keep you informed of dispatch and expected delivery times, as you must be present to take receipt of your artwork.
