Refunds

 

Due to the nature of the sale of original artwork and limited edition prints, we do not accept returns on any purchase, and once your artwork is dispatched, all sales are final.

Cancellations

 

Cancellations are not accepted on prints. You may be able to cancel your purchase of original artwork in special circumstances providing you contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact artsales@nicholastott.com for assistance.

 

Damages

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives in a damaged condition, please take photographs of the exterior and interior packaging and the damage to the work and email the pictures to artsales@nicholastott.com with your order number, name and date of purchase.
